Stella Eliadou

Stella is director and co-founding partner of Aileron Advisors. Her expertise includes corporate finance, corporate strategy, investment analysis and fund structuring and she has had considerable exposure to the capital markets, shipping, real estate and private equity sectors.

Stella is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter holder and a member of the CFA Institute, USA. She holds various certificates of professional competence from the Ministry of Finance of Cyprus to provide investment services.

Stella holds a B.Sc. in International Business and Finance from Old Dominion University, VA, USA on a scholarship from the Cyprus Government, and an M.Sc. in Finance from San Diego State University, CA, USA on a graduate scholarship where she was granted a Best Graduate award.

Kyriacos Mavris

Kyriacos is director and co-founding partner of Aileron Advisors and has years of work experience in macroeconomic research and analysis and financial risk management. His work includes designing and implementing risk management models and processes for a wide variety of asset classes including the capital markets and shipping sectors.

Kyriacos has completed the Canadian Securities Institute Program and is a member of the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP). He holds a BA degree in Economics and an MA degree in Econometrics from the University of Concordia in Montreal, Canada.
